Injury Accident 1/4 Mile South of Plum Rd on S 94th Rd

DETAILS:

On October 22, 2008 at approximately 0230 hours, Gage County Deputies responded to a report of a two-vehicle injury accident approximately ¼ mile south of Plum Road on S 94^th Road.  When the deputies arrived, the subjects involved had already left the scene.  A blue 2005 Dodge Caravan was in the east ditch and had severe rear end damage.  A red 1988 Ford Ranger was in the east ditch with severe front end damage.  Deputies spoke with the owner of the van, Jacqueline Borzekofski, 40 years old of Wymore.  Borzekofski stated that she had stopped on the side of the road.  The driver of the Ranger, George K Maples, Jr, 49 years old of Wymore, hit the rear-end of the van.  One person was standing outside of Borzekofski's vehicle and there was another passenger inside her vehicle.  Both drivers of the vehicle received minor injuries but did not receive medical treatment.  Investigation to continue.
