Assault by a Confined Person

Gage County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the Gage County Detention Center for a disturbance. 

The investigation revealed that 19 year old Codie Pribyl had stabbed 27 year old Raymond Buick with a pencil during an argument.  Both inmates were treated for their injuries and Pribyl was cited for Assault by a Confined Person, a class II Felony.

Both inmates remain incarcerated in the Gage County Detention Center.
