Injury Accident at Intersection of Lincoln Street & South 10th Road

LOCATION: Lincoln Street, and S. 10th Road 

TIME:  Approximately 0215 Hours              

OFFENSE: One vehicle injury accident      

CASE: 2010-0316             
 
On Saturday, January 23, 2010 at approximately 0215 hours, Angel K. Breland was traveling eastbound on Lincoln Street on the outskirts of Beatrice. When Breland turned and began traveling southbound onto S. 10th road, she lost control of her vehicle, exited the roadway to the left, and struck a tree.

Breland was able to obtain transportation to Beatrice Community Hospital where she received treatment for non-life threatening injuries.

Seatbelts were in use and alcohol was not believed to be a factor.
