Injury Accident 1/4 Mile East of SW 61st Road on W Linden Road

On 01-30-2010 at approximately 0230 hours, the Gage County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single vehicle rollover injury accident.  Driver Mark B. Murphy, age 20 of Beatrice, was traveling eastbound in his 1997 Chrysler minivan on W. Linden Road approximately ¼ mile east of SW 61st Road when his vehicle lost control causing the vehicle to leave the roadway to the south and roll one time. Passenger Brock Ackerman, age 20 of Beatrice, sustained non life threatening injuries and refused medical treatment. Seatbelts were in use and alcohol was not a factor.
