At approximately 1029 hours on 5-8-2012, the Gage County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Nebraska State Patrol in the execution of an arrest warrant at 405 South A Street in Blue Springs, Nebraska. 

David R. Mueller age 53, was arrested on an active arrest warrant issued out of Gage County Court for two counts of Deliver with Intent to Deliver Exceptionally Hazardous Drug Class II Felony. 

Mueller was taken into custody without incident at his residence by the coordinated efforts of the Nebraska State Patrol, Gage County Sheriff's Office, SEADE Task Force, and the U S Marshals Office Metro Area Fugitive Task Force consisting of Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office, Lincoln Police Department, Saunders County Sheriff’s Office, Gage County Sheriff's Office, and Nebraska State Patrol.

Mueller is currently in custody at the Gage County Detention Center awaiting his appearance in court.
