Stolen Property Recovered Through Joint Investigation

DATE & TIME: 07/19/2012 approximately 2000 hours       

LOCATION: 4108 W Buckeye Road Clatonia, Gage County, NE    

OFFENSE: Aiding and Abetting, Attempted Theft by Receiving Stolen Property and Attempted Tampering with Physical Evidence

In early June of 2012 the Gage County Sheriff’s Office began investigating two reported burglaries that occurred in the northern portion of the county. The information gathered during this investigation resulted in the Gage County Sheriff’s Office, along with the assistance of the Nebraska State Patrol, executing a search warrant at 4108 W Buckeye Road Clatonia, NE. Located on the property were numerous stolen items related to the two burglaries. 

As a result of this, Janey Ellen Eaton, 46, of Clatonia, NE and David Lee Henery, 50, of Minden, NE, were arrested due to their alleged involvement. The Gage County Sheriff’s Office will be requesting an arrest warrant for a third party.
