The Gage County Crime Stoppers members of the Board of Directors are appointed and serve to support law enforcement agencies, publicize ways the communities and individuals can report crimes, assist officers as they provide community education and programs, be involved in community activities and organizations, and significantly, to organize and sponsor activities to raise funds that are used as rewards to individuals that anonymously provide information and report crimes by calling 402-228-4343.

On September 8th, 2009, the Gage County Sheriff's Office received information from the Crime Stoppers hotline that the vehicle belonging to missing person Ann Marie Kelley could possibly be located in a sand pit in northern Gage County.
On September 4th, 2009, the Gage County Sheriff's Office received information indicating a possible sighting of Ann M Kelly, a missing person, in Rawlins, Wyoming.

On July 27, 2009, Gage County Communications advised they had received a call from a motorist who stated that they had observed a person dressed in dark clothing leaving the area of the E-Z Stop on foot carrying something.

On Wednesday April 29th 2009 the Gage County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a burglary which had taken place at the home of Jon Retchless.
LOCATION: SW 61st and Pine Rd
On March 23, 2009, Nicholas Simmons, 26 yrs of age of Beatrice, had approximately $6,000 worth of duck and goose decoys stolen from a field ½ west of SW 61st Road near Pine Road.
On 03-14-2009 at approximately 2357, ExMark in Beatrice was broken into and burglarized.
The Gage County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate Bradley Harold Gardner who on December 10, 2007 at approximately 1200 hours sold $105.00 of meat to a victim in rural Beatrice.

On 02/18/2009, at approx. 1145 hrs, The Gage County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a theft of cattle which occurred on property located on the south side of the roadway 3 ¾ miles east of Cortland, Nebraska on East Apple Road.

On Sunday November 9th 2008 the Gage County Sheriff's Office responded to a one vehicle injury accident which had occurred just east of S.W. 100th Road on Chestnut Road.
