On November 2, 2008, the Gage County Sheriffs Office responded to a single vehicle roll over accident on Chestnut Road approximately ½ mile east of Southwest 58^th Road.

LOCATION:  1/8 mi south of 11^th and Caldwell Beatrice, NE

At approximately 1200 hours on November 1, 2008, Beatrice Communications received a report of an ATV injury accident south of 11^th and Caldwell Streets by the river.

The Gage County Sheriff's Office is investigating vandalism which occurred just north of the Homestead National Monument's Heritage Center on S.W. 75^th Road.

OFFENSE:  One vehicle injury accident

On Wednesday October 29^th 2008 the Gage County Sheriff's Office, Beatrice Fire & Rescue, Dewitt Fire and Rescue, and the Star Care helicopter responded to a one vehicle injury accident which had occurred just east of North Blue Ridge Road on Elm Road.

The Gage County Sheriff's Office is investigating the theft of a blue and grey 1995 Dodge Dakota club cab pickup (V.L.N. 3Farm136) which was stolen from 1183 E. Hwy 136 sometime between 9 p.m. on Monday October 27^th and 6:30 a.m. Tuesday October 28^th 2008.

Between 0930 hrs on 10/25/08 and 1450 hrs on 10/27/08, unknown suspects stole a 4ft x 2 ft x 2 ft wide yellow Beatrice Daily Sun newspaper rack from the Grand Avenue Bar in Barneston.

LOCATION: SW 61^st Road & W. Willow Road

On October 24, 2008, the Gage County Sheriff's Office, Odell QRT, Wymore Rescue, and Beatrice Rescue responded to a one vehicle injury accident.  The accident was located south of Odell at the intersection of SW 61^st Road and W. Willow Road.

On 10/22/08 at approximately 2056 hours, the Gage County Sheriff's Office and Beatrice Rescue were dispatched to a one vehicle injury accident located at approximately S. 10^th Road & Hickory Road.

On October 22, 2008 at approximately 0230 hours, Gage County Deputies responded to a report of a two-vehicle injury accident approximately ¼ mile south of Plum Road on S 94^th Road.

On October 13^th 2008 the Gage County Sheriff's Office and Marshall County Kansas Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a male subject tearing his truck up and acting suspicious.  Marshall County Sheriff's Office spoke with the 52 year old Eric Brox of Lincoln and it was believed that there may have been a female with him while in Gage and Marshall Counties, however, this has not been confirmed and search efforts are to rule out any possible foul play.
